Discussion Room
Application Criteria :
2 small discussion rooms (H104, H105) - A request can be made by 5 or more people, and subject to a maximum of 10 people per group.
Location-1st Floor, Library Regulations, Facilities Online Booking
1 large discussion room (4th Floor) - A request can be made by 5 or more people, with a maximum of 12 people per group.
Location-4th Floor, Library Regulations , Facilities Online Booking
Duration of Use :
Use is subject to a maximum of 2 hours per session.
Audio-visual Group Viewing Room
Application Criteria :
1 group viewing room - A request can be made by 5 or more, and subject to a maximum of 10 people per group.
Location- 4th Floor, Library Regulations, Facilities Online Booking
Duration of Use :
Use is subject to a maximum of 2 hours per session. Viewing of videos that are longer than 2 hours require the notification of the library at the time of application, so that extensions can be made when possible.
Resources Promotion Room
Application Criteria :
1 resources promotion room - A request can be made for 15 or more people use , with a maximum of 40 people for teaching purpose only.

Use is subject to a maximum of 2 hours per session.
Multimedia Viewing Seats
Location- 4th Floor, User guides for Multimedia resources area
Duration of Use:
Use is subject to a maximum of 2 hours per session. Viewing of videos that are longer than 2 hours require the notification of the library at the time of application, so that extensions can be made when possible.
