【Library Reminder】(2026) Important Notes Regarding Graduation Departure Procedures
Dear Graduates,
Congratulations on completing your studies and achieving well-deserved graduation qualification. Before departing, we would like to remind you to return all borrowed library books and audiovisual materials (including settling any overdue fines) at the library service counter. The service counter will be accepting the processing of departure procedures for entire classes from Wednesday, May 13th, to Friday, June 5th, 2026. Please note that borrowing privileges will be suspended for classes that have completed the approval process. For senior students who have not completed the departure procedures and are not taking summer courses, the final deadline for borrowing, returning books, and entering the library is Tuesday, June 30th, 2026 After graduation, you can still access the library by presenting the alumni card issued by the alumni center, or by exchanging a valid ID (national ID card, health insurance card, or driver's license) for a temporary reader's card during the library's opening hours to use books, periodicals, and related facilities.
