SUBJECT: 2024 Library Closure Days and Winter Break Opening Hours

Description:

1. Timetables below are referred to 2024 government administrative agency office calendar announced by Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan; as for winter break schedule, it is announced by the Human Resources Office of NTUE.

2. Opening hours during winter break: During winter break from January 15 to February 16th, 2024, library is open from 8:00 to 17:30, closed on weekends and common days off. Details are provided on the library's website under > Services > Reading Services > Opening Hours.

3. Resumption of normal opening hours: 2024 Winter break ends on February 16, and the library will resume normal opening hours from Saturday, February 17th. Opening hours is from 8:00 to 22:00 on week days, and 9:00 to 17:00 on weekends during the semester.

4. Precautions for returning books during winter break: During library’s closure hours, please return books into 24-hour Book Drop in front of the library’s main gate. After returning, please remember to check on the library’s website on the next opening day to make sure whether the record is correct. If you have any questions, please call for circulation desk’s help during office hours.

5. Thoughtful reminder: Readers are kindly requested to check the closure days and opening hours of the library before visiting during winter break. And if interested in using online resources, please refer to the library's website " Library E-resources for non-stop learning ".
